Self Defense

Students practice real-world self-defense techniques including escapes, blocks, and strikes. They engage in partner drills, reaction exercises, and scenario-based challenges to build situational awareness, confidence, and motor skills.

Classes also include discussions on anatomy, reflexes, and the physics of movement.

Hip Hop & Dance

Kids learn foundational steps, grooves, and rhythms before progressing to choreographed routines.

They practice popping, locking, breaking, and house dance, refine coordination, and express themselves creatively while performing solo and group routines.

Basketball

Students develop court awareness, precision, and agility through dynamic drills and scrimmages. They learn to anticipate plays, make quick decisions under pressure, and lead teammates in fast-paced game scenarios.

Emphasis is placed on collaboration, sportsmanship, and building confidence while mastering the fundamentals of basketball.

Soccer

Players enhance footwork, control, and strategic thinking with engaging drills and small-sided games. They focus on teamwork, communication, and adapting to game situations in real time.

Students also learn how to coordinate as a team, read the field, and execute tactical plays, all while enjoying high- energy, interactive soccer sessions.

Pickleball

Students practice serving, volleying, and rallying in small- group drills and mini-tournaments.

The activity encourages teamwork, hand-eye coordination, strategic thinking, and friendly competition in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Game-Based Fitness & Adventure

Kids rotate through obstacle courses, agility drills, and strength challenges designed to boost endurance, reaction speed, and problem-solving.

Activities include crawling, jumping, climbing, balance challenges, and timed adventure games, all with a focus on fitness, fun, and teamwork.

Gymnastics & Tumbling

Students practice basic and intermediate acrobatics, tumbling skills, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges.

They participate in flexibility and strength exercises, learn rhythm and body awareness, and engage in routines that combine balance, coordination, and confidence-building.
