Omeche Melody Marks's Story
Omeche Melody Marks
CEO & Founder
Omeche Melody Marks is a business development and management leader with over a decade of experience driving growth and innovation. She holds an MBA and is known for her strategic leadership and ability to turn vision into impactful action.
Born in Nigeria and a mother of three, Omeche was deeply influenced by witnessing the harsh conditions many children face early in life. Inspired to make a difference, she designed a collection of educational activities aimed at improving children's lives and expanding their sense of possibility. Her success in business enabled her to dedicate significant time to supporting children across Nigeria as a passion project.
After COVID disrupted children's development and slowed the growth of critical life skills, Omeche launched Elite Pathways in New York City — an elite education solutions company created to rebuild confidence, capability, and the practical tools children need to grow, adapt, and thrive in life.
