This notice describes the current preview implementation. It must be reviewed and completed by Elite Pathways before public launch.
Exploring and saving a draft
You can browse programs, build a schedule, and generate a PDF without entering contact details. The “Save draft on this device” control stores your schedule in your browser for up to 30 days. It does not save contact details. “Start fresh” removes that locally saved draft.
Program requests
Online submissions are disabled by default in this preview. When an operator enables them, the request contains your name, work email, organization, location, optional notes, selected programs, and estimate. Do not include names or other personal information about children. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking.
Private review links and email
Enabled submissions are stored in the configured private server database. A private review link expires 30 days after creation; this expiry does not automatically delete the stored request. Email delivery, when configured, uses the provider selected by the site operator. The current integration is Resend. Keep private review links confidential.
Technical services
This build does not include advertising pixels or analytics. When online requests and a site key are configured, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded to verify submissions. Hosting and email providers may retain technical logs. Their configuration, retention, and contractual terms require operator review before launch.
Contact and deletion requests
Contact info@elitepathways.org about your program request or to request removal of stored information. The operator must set and document a retention policy before enabling public submissions.
